8ft table: $30 each

Applications must be received with payment by Nov 1st, 2015. Tables will be reserved on a first come/first served basis. Only 1 vendor per direct sales company will be accepted. Tables will not be held without payment. Application can be hand delivered to the mailing address listed on the application by placing them inside of the mailbox to get them in sooner if you wish, no space is guaranteed until payment is received in hand and applications are approved. If your application is rejected for any reason your payment will be returned and explanation will be provided.
Electrical requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. Vendors must provide their own electrical cords and table coverings.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Each vendor is requested to provide either an item for the raffle or bake sale. There will be lunch and beverages available for purchase as well as a bake sale.
All proceeds from this show will go toward the Shafton VFD. We thank you all for your participation and support for your local fire company.
